SBA Loans

SBA 7a Loans

These SBA Guaranteed Loans can be used to fund commercial real estate purchases including ground-up
construction or renovation with a 25 year fully amortizing term; equipment purchases, existing business
purchases, and working capital loans can be fully amortized over a 10-year term. Gateway National Bank is a Preferred
Lender with the SBA and able to approve and close loans quickly and efficiently. Funding amounts are from
$250,000 to $5,000,000.

Required documentation for underwriting typically includes:

Most recent 3 years personal tax returns
Current personal financial statement
SBA Management Resume
Most recent 3 years business tax returns if existing business
Current Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement if existing business
Business plan and 2 years projections if start-up business
Breakdown of the total cost of project
